1 in 4 people suffer from a mental health problem of some kind in a year and over half of working days in the UK are lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety.
Create a more supportive working environment by appointing a Mental Health First Aider by taking part in our 2-day training course.
Taking part in this course will teach them how to spot and improve their knowledge of mental illness and best practices to support themselves and others in the workplace.
It is important to note that the course covers subjects that some people may find distressing, including suicide and self-harm.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
The Mental Health First Aider certificate of attendance has no expiry date. However, we recommend re-siting the full course every 3 years.
Learners must be over 16 and be able to perform practical tasks at floor level.
Yes, we can offer our entire suite of courses including Mental Health First Aid at Work at your premises. This will be on a bespoke basis on a date and at a location of your choice.
