General Background

Richard’s first job was working in a kitchen, but he quickly progressed to door to door charity sign ups and then into recruitment. In recruitment, Richard got his first taste of business to business sales. From there, Richard went into car sales and then went back to school to get a degree in performing arts.

During this time, Richard set up his own business doing sales training which is how he met Adam, our Managing Director. After Richard had completed his degree, Adam offered him the position as Business Development Manager.

Richard is a huge Leicester City FC fan, a dog lover and he’s fantastic playing the Dame in a pantomime!
